Agreement to Terms

By using the services of PerfectFit Sunrise Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional towing and roadside assistance services in Sunrise, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, roadside assistance, accident recovery, and other related services as described on our website.

Service Requests and Availability

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you call us for service, we will make every reasonable effort to reach you as quickly as possible. However, response times may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, traffic, distance, and current demand for our services.

You agree to provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, and the nature of your emergency when requesting service. Providing false or misleading information may result in delays or additional charges.

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing varies based on the type of service, distance, time of day, and other factors. We will provide you with a quote before beginning service whenever possible. You agree to pay all charges for services rendered.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Additional fees may apply for services provided during overnight hours, holidays, or in difficult conditions.

Vehicle Safety and Liability

We take great care in handling your vehicle and use professional equipment and trained operators. However, you acknowledge that towing involves inherent risks. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle.

Before we tow your vehicle, you should remove all personal belongings and valuables. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles during towing or storage.

We carry appropriate insurance for our operations. Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence when possible.

Vehicle Storage

If your vehicle is stored at our facility, you are responsible for daily storage fees as posted. Vehicles left in storage for extended periods may be subject to lien procedures as permitted by Florida law.

You must present valid identification and proof of ownership to retrieve your vehicle from storage. Payment of all outstanding charges is required before release.

Cancellations

If you cancel a service request after our driver has been dispatched, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover our costs. The amount will depend on how far the driver has traveled and time spent responding to your call.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the actual charges paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost wages, rental car costs, or other expenses beyond the direct cost of our services.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the laws of the State of Florida and the jurisdiction of courts in Broward County, Florida.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
